Your Photography Experience

I. Inquire

Filling out the inquiry form on this web site is your first step to booking your photographer. Keep in mind that we accept a very limited number of weddings per year. We have several collections to choose from and work with all different types of weddings. If Shauna is unavailable for your date, you will be referred to one of our three associate photographers.

II. Booking

Once you know your date is available and you're ready to book your photographer, you'll return a signed contract and wedding retainer. At this point, your date is officially on the books!

III. Engagements

An engagement session is a great way to get comfortable working with your photographer. We have two different engagement session options, and we'll work with you to select the one that best fits your needs and budget. We are happy to provide location and wardrobe suggestions.

IV. Wedding Photography Timeline

Approximately 2 months prior to your wedding, we'll finalize your photography timeline. This will be done in coordination with your wedding planner. We will create a timeline that allows for a comfortable pace, ensuring your most important moments are captured flawlessly!

V. Wedding Day

Your wedding day has finally arrived. Our photography team will arrive at your getting ready location with plenty of time to spare! Prior to your wedding day, we will go over important items to have ready and set aside so your photographers can get to work as soon as they arrive. We work as unobtrusively as possible, so you can just relax and enjoy your day. Throughout the day, we will guide you through every aspect of photography, making sure everyone is where they need to be and on schedule.

VI. Image Delivery

Get excited! Your images are here. Images usually take 4-6 weeks to process and deliver. You will receive all of your images in an online downloadable gallery. On average, most weddings yield 75-100 images per hour booked. If your collection includes a wedding album, you will go through your images and send me your top 80 images for the album design.
